Sorry I put things on hold this weekend to get these comps done, gearing up my normal commission schedule tonight and going to try and finalize some things.
Got til Saturday to get it painted but I’m going with 6, I would like to do 7 some day and 2 feels like your traditional movie theater poster for kids. But I got a crit from someone who has never seen Spirited Away and that helped tons because they are the target audience that I’m re-marketing this poster for.
I tried to imply the effect of when Haku blew his scales to try and conceal Chihiro into the title to try and push that whimsy of being spirited away.
Also I’ll be going into invasive surgery probably in the next month or two so I’ll be gone for like 7-10 days. So I’ll try to get things wrapped up for my commissioners beforehand.
