My Schoolism Advanced lighting homework, my next assignment is to do this.

Some people were asking how I did the crystals so I made a little process thing. I’m not the best at explaining things I’m sorry but I hope it helps someone.

I copied along Scott Robertson’s lecture 1 and 2 of Rendering Matte surfaces with copics and charcoal powder. I’ll take a picture of the mess of studies on my desk sometime.

Edit- Dash it all! I forgot to add the shadows for the crystals. Let me do…that..real quick. Fixed! When I was wrapping up I had to resist painting a Unicorn Jelly in.
